Meet Dr. Parsi

As a pediatric dentist, my goal is to empower each patient as they develop a lifetime of healthy habits and happy smiles. By providing a safe, fun, and kid-friendly environment, and making each child feels secure, my team and I help them feel at home in the dental setting.

My team and I focus on early intervention, preventive care, and education. This focus helps to establish oral health at an early age and can decrease the likelihood of future dental issues. It also helps the child and family learn about making healthy choices and instilling good habits, which leads to a healthier body, too!

I treat my patients as I would my own child: gently, kindly, and patiently. It is important that they, and their parents, trust me and know I genuinely care about their wellbeing.

Being a pediatric dentist means building connections with my patients, listening to their stories and sharing in their dreams, and watching each grow through the years. I cannot imagine a more wonderful way to spend my days!

Education

Before entering the healthcare field, I completed a Master of Science in Engineering at K.U.L. in Belgium and a second MS in Engineering at Northeastern University.

I then attended Tufts Dental School of Medicine, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Remaining at Tufts, I then completed the rigorous post-doctoral Advanced Education Training in Pediatric Dentistry.

One of the most exciting aspects of oral healthcare is the constant advancement in techniques and technologies. I stay abreast of the latest developments through continuing education: lectures, seminars, meetings, study clubs, and reading relevant journals and publications. This keeps me up-to-date with studies and trends, ensuring I am providing patients with the best pediatric dental experience and outcome.

Beyond the Office

After growing up in Iran and Belgium, I have lived in Wellesley for 25 years. My husband, Fardad Mobed, is an endodontist and we practice together. We have two incredible daughters, Nikki and Neda, who keep us busy when we’re not seeing patients, and a sweet family cat, Benny, too.

I love to hike, am an avid reader, and enjoy cooking and trying new dishes. Most of all, though, I treasure time with my girls.
